I help you to focus on what is RIGHT with you NOT what is WRONG with you. What makes life worth living and how can you create  more of that.

You will receive  counseling or coaching with the goal of bringing more of what  makes you happy.

– We will focus on your personal and unique ways of being in the world.

– We will look at your level of happiness and fulfillment in each major area of your life i.e. family and friends, health, significant relationship/romance, fun and recreation, money, personal growth, physical environment and career.

Lets get started and stop focusing on what is wrong and focus on what is right and what you want more of. What is your current relationship with yourself? That’s where a happy life begins.
